Eligibility: Persons nominated to participate in the Contest must be (a) a legal resident of a province or territory of Canada or one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (b) have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at time of nomination; (c) self-identify as female; and (d) employed at the time of nomination in the residential or commercial roofing industry, regardless of the capacity in which the person is employed and regardless of whether the person is employed with a residential or commercial roofing materials manufacturer or contractor (the “Nominees”).
