Fuel2026 Promotion - Offical Terms & Conditions

These Fuel2026 Promotion Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Fuel2026 promotion (the "Promotion") sponsored by QXO ("Sponsor," "we," or "us"). By participating, each participant ("Participant," "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
Promotional Period
Promotional Period: July 20, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("EDT") through September 18, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM EDT (the "Promotional Period").
Gas Card Promotion Eligibility
- Customers who make Qualifying Purchases (defined below) during the Promotional Period are eligible for Gas Card Rewards.
- North New England, South New England, and Long Island are excluded for commercial products only.
- Storm markets that are considered ineligible for this promotion include but are not limited to: Cedar Rapids, IA, Chicago, IL, Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, Grand Rapids, MI, Kansas City/Springfield, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, and Wisconsin.
- Canada, Dealers Choice, National Accounts, and Resellers are excluded from this offer.
Sweepstakes Eligibility
- With a Purchase. Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase using their QXO account during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Customers will receive one (1) entry for every $10,000 worth of Qualifying Purchases. Orders may be combined. Any attempt to make Qualifying Purchases and return products for the purpose of obtaining entry into the Sweepstakes will void the Qualifying Purchase and Customer may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at QXO's sole discretion.
- Without a Purchase. To enter without making a Qualifying Purchase, you may send by U.S. Mail a physical entry form on a plain 3" x 5" card to "QXO - Fuel2026 Promotion and Raffle", 505 Huntmar Park Drive, Suite 300, Herndon, VA 20171. Please legibly handprint or type your QXO account number; first name and last name; business name; complete business address including city, state, and zip code; business telephone number (including area code); and business email address (if available). Entry forms sent by U.S. mail must be received by September 18, 2026 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Each envelope shall be considered one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Entries submitted on your behalf are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entry. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged or postage due mailed entries.
- Regardless of the method in which a Participant chooses to enter the Sweepstakes, either via Qualifying Purchase or by mail without a purchase, there is no limit on the number of valid entries allowed during the Promotional Period. The entry will be deemed submitted by the owner or decision maker assigned to the account within the QXO CRM environment. Entries will be deemed made by the owner or decision maker assigned to the account within the QXO CRM environment. The authorized account holder is the individual who is assigned to the account by QXO. Sweepstakes winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Any attempt to influence the outcome of the Sweepstakes by using multiple/different email addresses, telephone numbers, identities, and/or any other methods will void that Participant's entries, and that Participant may be disqualified from the Promotion.
Eligible Products and Qualifying Purchases
- Eligible products include CertainTeed, GAF, James Hardie, Pella, and TRI-BUILT-branded products.
- "Qualifying Purchases" are purchases of Eligible Products that are shipped within the United States and invoiced within the Promotional Period. The dollar value of a Qualifying Purchase shall be calculated as the true material value of the Eligible Product, which means the cost of the Eligible Product excluding any rebates, incentives credits, adjustments, surcharges, taxes, freight, and other administrative fees. Eligible Products that are returned will be excluded as a "Qualifying Purchase." All Qualifying Purchases are subject to Sponsor verification.
Qualification Threshold; Aggregation of Orders
An eligible Participant must make a minimum of $10,000 in aggregate Qualifying Purchases during the Promotional Period ("Qualification Threshold"). Qualifying Purchases may be combined at the customer account level to reach the Qualification Threshold. Sponsor's records shall be conclusive in determining the dollar value of Qualifying Purchases.
Gas Card Rewards
Rewards are based on aggregate Qualifying Purchases during the Promotion Period:
• At least $10,000 but less than $20,000 = $150 Gas Card
• At least $20,000 but less than $30,000 = $300 Gas Card
• At least $30,000 but less than $40,000 = $450 Gas Card
• At least $40,000 but less than $50,000 = $600 Gas Card
• $50,000 or more = $750 Gas Card
Gas Card rewards will be issued as a Mastercard Drive Card to the Eligible Participant's registered account. The Mastercard Drive Card will be awarded as a physical card and mailed to the business billing address. The maximum reward per customer account during the Promotional Period is $750. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Reward calculation is based on the aggregate of total qualifying purchases during the promotional period.
Sweepstakes – Custom Trip
- At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, QXO will conduct a random drawing and select five (5) winners to receive a custom travel experience for themselves and one (1) guest with a total award value of up to $7,500, including a $500 prepaid Visa card for incidental expenses (the "Sweepstakes Award"). Eligible travel may include round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and one signature experience arranged exclusively through Motivation Excellence (see Sweepstakes Travel Terms, below). Airbnb, VRBO, and rental cars are excluded. Sweepstakes Awards are provided as travel arrangements only. Any unused portion has no cash value and will not be refunded, credited, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The Sweepstakes Award will be issued as a gift certificate delivered to the winning Participant's email address registered with QXO.
- Odds and Notification. A random drawing will be conducted for the grand prizes on or about September 30, 2026. A total of five (5) Grand Prize winners will be selected from among the eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and select alternate winners if necessary. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these official rules and are final and binding in all respects. Upon winner verification, the Sweepstakes winners will be notified by telephone (the "Notification") on or before October 2, 2026, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and 5:00 p.m. ET. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to reach a winner by telephone. Notifications will not be left on voicemail. In the event the Sponsor cannot reach a winner after three (3) Notification attempts, an alternate Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries. Such alternate winner is subject to the same notification requirements as above.
- Travel Terms. Travel must be booked through Motivation Excellence at least sixty (60) days before departure and both booked and completed within twelve (12) months of award notification. A valid personal credit card is required for hotel incidentals, taxes, resort fees, upgrades, or expenses beyond the award value. Once booked, cancellations or failure to travel result in forfeiture. Changes requested after booking may result in additional charges payable by the traveler. The accompanying guest must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 where required by law). Both travelers must travel on the same itinerary. Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, identification, travel insurance, and any costs exceeding the award value. Motivation Excellence may substitute comparable travel components if necessary. Motivation Excellence acts solely as the fulfillment provider and is not the travel provider. Once travel is booked, any issues during travel must be resolved directly with the applicable airline, hotel, or service provider.
- Release. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PRIZE PROVIDERS, PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SWEEPSTAKES RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, USE, MISUSE, OR REDEMPTION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AWARD, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE AWARD. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SWEEPSTAKES RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: (I) CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, DIVERSIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS, OR INTERRUPTIONS IN TRANSPORTATION OR LODGING; (II) ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF AIRLINES, HOTELS, TRANSPORTATION PROVIDERS, TOUR OPERATORS, OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS; (III) LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED BAGGAGE OR PERSONAL PROPERTY; (IV) ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH, ACCIDENT, OR OTHER HARM OCCURRING DURING OR IN CONNECTION WITH TRAVEL OR PARTICIPATION IN AWARD-RELATED ACTIVITIES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF A SWEEPSTAKES RELEASED PARTY WHERE SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW; OR (V) ANY FORCE MAJEURE EVENT, INCLUDING WEATHER, NATURAL DISASTERS, PUBLIC HEALTH EVENTS, GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS, LABOR DISPUTES, OR OTHER EVENTS BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SWEEPSTAKES RELEASED PARTIES. ACCEPTANCE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AWARD IS AT THE PARTICIPANT'S SOLE RISK.
Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry or redemption process or who acts in violation of these Terms or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of these promotions. Fraudulent activity may result in criminal prosecution.
Publicity; Use of Information
By accepting a Gas Card Reward or Sweepstakes Award, each Participant explicitly grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use, without further compensation, Participant's name, company name, logos, location (city and state), and other identifying information for advertising and promotional purposes in all media formats throughout the United States ("Media Release"), unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability and General Release
IN ADDITION TO THE SWEEPSTAKES-SPECIFIC RELEASE ABOVE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARTICIPANT RELEASES SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING EACH'S EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND RESPECTIVE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, THE RECEIPT, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY REWARD, THE MEDIA RELEASE, OR ANY ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Disclaimers; No Warranties
Rewards are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Sponsor does not warrant that gift certificates or rewards will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the released parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to participant's breach of these terms, participant's negligence, willful misconduct, or use or misuse of any reward.
Modification, Suspension, or Termination
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or any portion thereof, for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control that impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In the event of termination, Sponsor may award Gas Card Rewards based on Qualifying Purchases prior to termination or as otherwise determined by Sponsor.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Assignment
These Terms and any rights hereunder may not be assigned or transferred by Participant without Sponsor's prior written consent. Sponsor may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
Entire Agreement; Waiver; Interpretation
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Participant and Sponsor regarding the Promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sponsor. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Additional Disclosures and State Variations
Where state law requires specific disclosures, procedures, or excludes limitations set forth in these Terms (including limitations on liability or specific prize substitution rules), those provisions shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to comply with such state law, and Participant's rights shall be governed by such applicable law.
Miscellaneous
- Rewards have no cash alternative except where required by law. Sponsor's records are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Any attempt to materially tamper with or impair the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion may be grounds for disqualification.
- Promotion funded in part by shared promotional funding contributions from participating manufacturers.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
